Clear terms make good working relationships. Please read this before commissioning — placing a deposit means you've agreed to everything below.
Deposits
One flat payment structure.
Every Commission Any Size
30% upfront70% on completion
30% of the total is due before work begins, regardless of commission size, with the remaining 70% due once you approve the finished design.
Working Terms
How commissions are handled.
- Design lock-in: once your UI is designed in Figma and you're satisfied with it, that design is considered final. When it's imported into engine, no further changes will be made to it under the original scope.
- Revisions cost extra: any changes requested after approval or after import — including a change of mind — are treated as a revision and billed separately.
- Icons: icon assets used within designs are AI-generated. This keeps turnaround fast and cost efficient; custom hand-made icon sets can be discussed separately if required.
- Scripting scope: scripting commissions cover UI animation only — tweens, transitions, hover states, and reveals. Scope and complexity are confirmed before a price is quoted.
- Communication: please keep scope changes, references, and feedback in one place (Discord) so nothing gets lost between messages.
- Canceling a Commission: When you cancel a commission halfway done i expect to be paid how much i have done, if you do the calculations and say i have done 63% of the UI already then i expect you to pay me 63% of the total payment.
Minimum commission value: $30. No commission is taken on below this amount — it isn't worth the time investment on either side.
